Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

OFFERS / DISCOUNTS
In the instance of ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer, the Buyer will only be refunded by the Seller for any unopened boxes returned. If the Buyer has returned 1 box from an order for 2 boxes, a refund for half of the total amount paid will be processed by the Seller upon receiving the Goods in the Sellers warehouse.
In the event a discount code was used the Buyer will receive the amount paid (excluding delivery).
For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for underwear, swimsuits or piercing jewellery (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like)
Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds or replacements will be made.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED GOODS
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the correct product/s, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item or a replacement within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received will have all delivery charges refunded back onto you credit/debit card.
